Entrepreneurship training for beneficiaries in Juja constituency

Today Uwezo Fund conducted entrepreneurship training for its beneficiaries in Juja constituency ready for cheque issuance.
52 beneficiaries drawn from 26 groups comprising 9 refinancing  and 17 new groups  attended the training.
Mr.Mungai James, the youth officer, Juja Constituency and his counterpart Ms. Angelica M. Kioko from Thika Constituency presided over the event with facilitators drawn from Kenya Institute of Business Training. (the training wing within the MSME Department)
Participants were taken through business development skills,table banking practice,value addition  and access to Government procurement opportunities.
Beneficiaries welcomed the training  initiative noting that it will enhance their management skills, efficiency and profitability of their enterprises.
